I have used orbitz and travelocity before and I have always attempted to plan my own trip on the cheap in the past. My wife insisted that I use a travel agency this time because she wanted to be sure we were making the most of the trip and we were not going to hit any bumps in the road. I have to admit it was worth it, Union tours did a fantastic job and in the end I spent the same I did when I tried to cheap it. They were worth it. When the wife is happy, everybody's happy!
Union tours was great! Excellent service, but I really only have one recommendation..........MACHUPICHU SUNRISE! It will change your life!
I usually wouldn't spend the time to write a review, but in this case I feel as if the people at Union Tours deserves a little of my time to give them a pat on the back.
I am a bit of a perfectionist and I tend to hold people to a high standard. Oscar and his people did an outstanding job, they didn't miss a thing down to the smallest detail. They gave me a cell phone with numbers already programmed in that I could use while I was there to be sure they could tend to my every need, and the did. They went above and beyond. I am grateful to the staff for helping me have the best vacation I have ever had. Great job!
First I would like to say that I have traveled all over central and South America as well as Europe and hands down my experience in Peru was the best!
So much history, culture, natural beauty, it was truly a spiritual experience. I loved the people of Peru they were so kind and helpful. Oscar and Jeymith attended to my every need, I felt completely safe and never had to worry about anything. Flawless execution by the staff at Union tours. I highly recommend Peru and union tours, and go see Machu Picchu at least once in your life. Nothing compares!

The driver Henry maybe too chatty, but very toad because it made us very fast for Peruvian and Ecuadorian migration, knowing their new posts. I do not take less than 5 minutes to do this processing.
