Upon arrival to Lima, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check in hotel 15:00hrs. Overnight in Lima.

Morning visit to the modern suburbs of San Isidro and Miraflores where we will see the Financial Center, the San Isidro Golf Course and the Olive Grove Park.  We will also go by the Huaca Pucllana, a pre-inca pyramid shape temple that has survived the expansion of modern civilization. We will stop at Parque del Amor (Love Park) and enjoy a nice view of the Pacific Ocean, as we drive down the Miraflores Malecon, a road along the cliffs overlooking the ocean.
Visiting to the historical center of Lima, where you will see more than fifty monuments and Colonial buildings, such as Paseo de la República promenade, the San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral, and the City Council Palace amongst others. Visit to the San Francisco convent, which displays the largest collection of religious art in America. Lunch included.
We will continue to Larco Museum which is considered one of the best museums in Latin America. This museum features the best and most complete pre-Hispanic gold and silver collection in the world.  It is well-known because of its erotic ceramics exhibits as well as its vast storage galleries.
Then visit to The Peruvian National Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology and History. This is the oldest and most important museum in Peru.  It displays the largest exhibit of pre-hispanic artifacts (ceramic, metal and textiles) produced by Peru’s ancient civilizations from 12.000 BC up to Inca times. At the end of the tour, return to your hotel.
Later, enjoy Peruvian buffet dinner show at a famous restaurant located in Miraflores. It includes a variety of dishes and desserts of one of the richest, most exquisite and original cuisines in the world, while you are entertained with a spectacular show of traditional folk dances from the Coast, Highlands and Jungle of Peru. After the show we will drive you back to your hotel.

Breakfast included at hotel. We will drive down the South Pacific Coast Highway to a typical “Casa Hacienda Peruana” (Peruvian Hacienda House), located in the valley of Lurin  (30 kilometers /18,64 milles from Lima).
In its beautiful gardens, a Peruvian horsewoman “Amazona” will introduce you to the world of the Peruvian Paso horse, narrating the story of this noble animal.
The breeding and grazing, together with the contact with nature will make your visit unforgettable. A countryside lunch is included. Afterwards, return to the hotel at 15:30hrs approx.
At 17:00hrs approx. the coulinary tour begins at an upscale restaurant and lounge that sits right on the beach. Here a professional bartender will share the secrets to making the perfect Pisco Sour. After this refreshing cocktail, we’re off to the jungle as we take you to an award-winning Amazonian restaurant. Ámaz has been recognized for its lively and inviting design as well as its culinary creations by winning in the category of Best New Restaurant in Peru at the Summum Awards in 2013.  As far as tours in Lima go, this one is sure to amaze as you’re likely to taste an explosion of flavor like no other you've tried before.  The next stop is a well-known classic among Lima locals, the prestigious Huaca Pucllana Restaurant, located within an archaeological complex with illuminated ruins dating back to 500 A.D.  Here you will enjoy a selection of Peruvian dishes and another pisco-based cocktail.  To wrap up the night, we’ll head to the bohemian Barranco district for dessert. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight.

Morning transfer to airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to your confirmed hotel. Rest of the morning free to rest to let your body adjust to the altitude.
In the afternoon around 13:30hours, you will enjoy the City tour, visiting the Cathedral, the Temple of Koricancha and the nearby ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Pukapukara and Tambomachay.
Finally, return to your hotel. In the evening, you will be picked up at your hotel and taken on your Novoandina dinner at MAP Café. The MAP Café is located at the Museo de Arte Precolombino (Museum of Pre-Inca Art) in Cuzco.
Specializing in Novoandino cuisine and presenting the use of native ingredients and rescued recipes with innovative dishes, this 7-course tasting-menu dinner will be sure to introduce your palate to tastes rarely experienced before.
Finally, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. This day you will enjoy the full day tour of Sacred Valley, visiting the Pisac market, the Pisac market has a wide variety of artisan arts & crafts and you will have the chance to see the many different products that the Sacred Valley produces. This is a great opportunity to for you to do some unique shopping, and to purchase souvenirs for your family and friends.  Lunch at the local countryside restaurant, to taste the novoandino cuisine. Afterwards, visit the Inca impressive Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo built to guard the entrance to this part of the Valley, and protect it from possible invasion from the tribes in the Lower jungle. We can walk through the quaint streets of the nearby Town, and get a good idea of what this strategic military, religious, and agricultural centre was like during the era of the Inca Empire. Finally, return to Cusco and transfer to your hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, you will be collected from the hotel to take the train to the town of Aquas Calientes at the base of Machu Picchu. Upo arrival to Aguas Calientes train station, you will then continue by bus for the short ride up (30minutes) to the Machu Picchu citadel overhead. We enter the ruins for a breathtaking view of the city in the sky. You will enjoy a full tour of the lost city around 2hours. Lunch at the restaurant of the hotel Sanctuary Lodge. In the afternoon, we say farewell to Machu Picchu as we set out by train heading to the station at Poroy and then back to your Cusco hotel by car arriving at night. Overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, you will be collected from the hotel to beging the full day culinary tour. Before to start the adventure we will coordinate the menu. Then transfer to the market accompanied with a guide who will explain all about typical cuisine, typical vegetable and fruits natives from the Andes. This tour will take around one hour. Afterwards the tour will continue to the fields, and according to seasons, will visit crops of corn, potatoes, wheat, onions, etc. Also we will visit shepherds of, alpacas and
Llamas. Box lunch Andean, and return to Cusco.
