Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVE TO LIMA

Arrival to Lima. Reception and transfer to hotel. Check in hotel 15:00hours. Overnight in Lima.

Meals: None.

DAY 2: LIMA – CITY TOUR & LARCO MUSEUM

Morning city tour of Lima. Here you will admire the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, the San Francisco Monastery famous for its catacombs, the Government palace, the Archbishop’s Palace and the Municipal Palace. Afterwards, visit the Larco Herrera museum, where you can admire the finest gold collection and silver of old Peru, as well as the famous collection of erotic art, one of attractive the tourist ones more visited in Peru. Lunch at local restaurant to enjoy the exquisite Peruvian food.Return to your hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 3: LIMA – PARACAS

In the morning, after breakfast, transfer to the bus station in order to board your first class bus to Paracas, the bus will take you around 3hours 30minutes. Upon arrival, transfer to your confirmed hotel. Check in hotel 15:00hours. Afternoon visit the incredible beauty of this Reserve from the sea and the beach on this trip, and you will know a bit more about one of the most important pre-Inca civilizations, the Paracas Culture. Rest of the day free. Overnight in Paracas.

DAY 4: PARACAS – NAZCA

After breakfast.  You will be collected from the hotel to board the boat to the Ballestas Island tour, here you will have the opportunity to see the sea lions, penguins of Humbolt, on the way you will also appreciate the Candelabro, which experts believe is connected to the Nazca lines. The tour will take 2 hours approx.  Afterwards, return to Paracas and transfer to the bus station to board the bus to Nazca (journey time 05 hours approx.). Upon arrival in Nazca, reception and transfer to your confirmed hotel. Rest of the day free.Overnight i Nazca.

DAY 5: NAZCA – AREQUIPA

Free day to explore the area. (Optional overflight Nazca Lines according to the weather conditions).  Transfer to local station in order to board the first class bus to Arequipa, (journey time 8hours approx). Upon arrival in Arequipa, reception and transfer to your confirmed hotel. Overnight in Arequipa.

Meals: Breakfast. 

DAY 6: AREQUIPA

Morning free to rest. In the afternoon city tour of Arequipa visiting the main square, the Cathedral, and the Santa Catalina Convent. Return to your confirmed hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight in Arequipa.

DAY 7: AREQUIPA – COLCA CANYON

Early morning starts the visit to the Colca Canyon. This ride takes you through spectacular highland landscapes, making the journey just as important as the destination. As the road climbs up to Reserva Nacional de Salinas y Aguada Blanca. Here you will have the opportunity to see wild vicuñas and viscachas, small rodents similar to rabbits. Arrival to Chivay. Time for having lunch.  Then, continue to your confirmed hotel. Late afternoon enjoy the Calera Hot springs. Overnight in the Colca Canyon. *Bring your bath suite at "the Calera hot springs*

DAY 8: COLCA CANYON

Morning excursion to visit the Cruz del Condor, the best viewpoint to see and enjoy the famed condor’s flight. Also the Geographical Impressive scene, view of the depth of the canyon. Afterwards, return to Chivay and on the way visit the near villages such as Cabanaconde, Yanque. Lunch included. Transfer to your confirmed hotel. Rest of the afternoon free to explore the area. Overnight in the Colca Canyon.

DAY 9: COLCA CANYON – PUNO

After breakfast, transfer to Puno. On the way, you will admire the beautiful Andean landscapes. Arrival to Puno and transfer to your confirmed hotel.

DAY 10: PUNO – UROS & TAQUILE ISLAND

Early morning, you will have and unforgettable motorboat excursion on the water of the Lake Titicaca to the unique "Floating Islands" of the Uros. These ancient inhabitants of the Lake have built  their own "Islands" by periodically adding new layers of a type of reed unique to the area called "Totora" (Scirpus totora), vegetable fibre of the Papyrus family. The tour continues by motorboat to Taquile Island, inhabited by Quechua-speaking natives who have developed efficient and unique social systems, as well as fine hand weaving techniques, passed down through the generations. Upon arrival at the town of Taquile, lunch included in the island. Then you will walk hills and around 500 stairs, and archaeological sites of this 6kilometers long Island. Finally return to Puno and transfer to your confirmed hotel. Overnight.

DAY 11: PUNO – CUSCO

Early morning transfer to local station in order to board the Tourist class bus to Cusco. The bus will take you 8 hours approximately to Cusco passing by the Andean plateau, La Raya; you will also enjoy   the   archaeological   places   of   Pukara,   Raqchi  and Andahuaylillas. Lunch on the way at a local restaurant. Finally, arrival and transfer to your confirmed hotel in Cusco. Overnight.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch.

DAY 12:   CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY

This day you will enjoy the full day tour of Sacred Valley, visiting the Pisac Ruins and market, the impressive fortress of Ollantaytambo, lunch at the local country side restaurant and finally transfer to your confirmed hotel in the Sacred Valley. Overnight.

DAY 13: SACRED VALLEY  – MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

Morning transfer to local train station to begin the Journey to the Lost City of the Inca. You will enjoy the fascinating tour of Machu Picchu, an experience you will never forget. Lunch at the local restaurant. Return to Cusco by train and overnight at your confirmed hotel.

DAY 14: CUSCO TOUR

Morning free.
Afternoon guided tour of Cusco visiting: the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha. Then, drive out of the city to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuaman. Then, return to the hotel. Overnight.

Meals: Breakfast.

DAY 15: CUZCO – LIMA – OUT.

Breakfast. At coordinated time, transfer to the airport in order to board your flight back to Lima. Connection with your International flight to your country.
